MELBOURNE – Dylan Anderson’s hat trick and three points to Dillon Lawrence helped the Melbourne Ice defeat the Perth Thunder 5-4 in a shootout at the O’Brien Group Arena on Saturday evening.

Anderson scored his first goal at 3.15 of the second period, with Todd Graham and Dillon Lawrence picking up the assists. Anderson scored his second goal at 1.01 of the second period, with Dillon Lawrence and Marcus Wong picking up the assists. Anderson scored his third goal at 16.43 of the third period, with Todd Graham getting the assist.

Dillon Lawrence got 3 assists for 3 points, and Todd Graham picked up 2 assists to give him 5 points for the season.
