ADELAIDE – Two points to Steve Best and two points to Harley Anderson helped as the Adelaide Adrenaline defeated the Sydney Ice Dogs 4-2 at the IceArenA on Saturday afternoon.

Steve Best scored 1 goal and got 1 assist for 2 points. Best scored the opening goal for the Adrenaline at 9.02 of the second period.

Harley Anderson scored 1 goals and got 1 assist for 2 points. His goal of the season was scored on the power play at 16.46 of the third period, as Scott Stephenson was sitting for delay of game.

Caleb Apperson scored the game winning goal at 2.13 of the 3rd, assisted by Ales Kratoska and Steve Best. Alex Adams scored 1 goal and got 1 assist for 2 points, and Ales Kratoska got 3 assists for 3 points.

Lee Turner and Shannon McGregor scored the Ice Dogs’ goals.

Sebastian Andersson was the winning goalie for Adelaide Adrenaline, making 42 saves on 44 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.955. Nicholas Mizen was the losing goalie for Sydney Ice Dogs, making 43 saves on 46 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.935. Mizen left the game at 19.59 of the 3rd period.
