SYDNEY – Two goals to Michael Schlamp and two goals to Graeme Strukoff helped the Sydney Bears demolish the Sydney Ice Dogs 5-0 at the Macquarie Ice Rink on Friday night.

The first goal for Schlamp, a power play goal, was scored at 8:48 of the first period, with Ryan Annesley and Ryan Lough picking up the assists. Schlamp’s second goal came at 6:02 of the first period, with Charles Adams and Ryan Lough picking up the assists.

Strukoff scored his first goal at 5:23 of the first period, with Ryan Annesley and Ryan Lough picking up the assists. Strukoff’s second goal, a power play goal, came at 2:28 of the second period, with Ryan Annesley getting the assist.

Sydney’s Ryans – Annesley and Lough – got four assists for four points each. Charles Adams scored one goal and one assist for two points.

Anthony Kimlin was the winning goalie for Sydney Bears, making 30 saves on 30 shots, for a Save Percentage of 1.000. The win was Kimlin’s 50th AIHL career victory. Curtis Skip was the losing goalie for Sydney Ice Dogs, making 37 saves on 42 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.881.
