
CANBERRA – Trevor Gerling and Ainars Podzins scored two goals each as the CBR Brave blew away the Adelaide Adrenaline 6-0 at the Phillip Swimming & Ice Skating Centre on Sunday afternoon.
Gerling’s first goal, a short handed goal, came at 3:56 of the first period, with Per Daniel Göransson and Channing Bresciani picking up the assists. Gerling’s second goal came at 19:40 of the third period unassisted.
Podzins’ first goal came at 0:47 of the first period, with Wehebe Darge and Trevor Gerling picking up the assists. Podzins scored his second goal at 4:54 of the third period unassisted.
Wehebe Darge scored one goal and one assist for two points, and Channing Bresciani got two assists for two points.
