
MELBOURNE – Devon Krogh scored two goals and Scott Corbett found the back of the net twice as the Melbourne Ice demolished the Adelaide Adrenaline 9-2 at the O’Brien Group Arena on Sunday afternoon.
Krogh scored his first goal at 12:06 of the second period, with Lliam Webster and Corbett picking up the assists. Krogh’s second goal came at 11:01 of the second period, with Chris Wong and Declan Bronte picking up the assists.
Corbett’s first goal came at 13:20 of the third period, with Krogh and Nate Fleming picking up the assists. Corbett’s second goal came at 2:14 of the third period, with Krogh getting the assist.
Powell scored his first goal at 11:03 of the first period, with Marcus Wong and Fleming picking up the assists. Powell scored his second goal at 6:22 of the second period, with Josh Velez and Fleming picking up the assists.
Fleming finished the game with one goal and three assists for four points.
Cassian Delsar scored the game winning goal at 12:15 of the 2nd, assisted by Todd Graham.
Ales Kratoska scored one goal and one assist for two points for the Adrenaline, while Josef Rezek got two assists for two points.
James Downie was the winning goalie for Melbourne Ice, making 21 saves on 23 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.913.
