SYDNEY – Four points to Charles Adams and three points from Ryan Lough helped the Sydney Bears win over the Melbourne Ice 4-1 at the Macquarie Ice Rink on Saturday evening.

Adams’ first goal, a short handed goal, came at 11:19 of the second period, with Ryan Lough and Jeremy Vasquez picking up the assists. Adams scored his second goal, a power play goal, at 15:59 of the third period, with Graeme Strukoff and Ryan Annesley picking up the assists.

Adams finished the game with two goals and two assists for four points.

The first goal for Lough was scored at 18:32 of the third period, with Michael Schlamp and Charles Adams picking up the assists. Lough scored his second goal at 14:17 of the third period, with Charles Adams and Michael Schlamp picking up the assists. Lough scored two goals and one assist for three points for the game.

Michael Schlamp got two assists for two points.

Thomas Powell scored the lone Ice goal at 4:31 of the second. A power play goal, it was assisted by Nate Fleming and Jeremy Chai.

Anthony Kimlin was the winning goalie for Sydney Bears, making 21 saves on 22 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.955. Jaden Pine-Murphy was the losing goalie for Melbourne Ice, making 35 saves on 39 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.897.
