
PERTH – Four points to Landon Oslanski and three points to Pier-Olivier Grandmaison helped the Perth Thunder beat the Newcastle Northstars 5-4 at the Perth Ice Arena on Saturday afternoon.
Landon Oslanski got four assists for four points. Pier-Olivier Grandmaison scored one goal and two assists for three points, and Andrew Cox scored one goal and one assist for two points.
Sammy Banga’s first goal came at 3:23 of the first period, with Richard Tesarik and Robert Malloy picking up the assists. Banga’s second goal, a power play goal, came at 11:50 of the second period, with Nick Rivait and Robert Malloy picking up the assists.
Richard Tesarik scored one goal and two assists for three points. Robert Malloy got two assists for two points.
