PERTH – Two goals to Pier-Olivier Grandmaison and Benjamin Breault helped the Perth Thunder beat the Newcastle Northstars 5-3 at the Perth Ice Arena on Sunday afternoon.

Grandmaison’s first goal came at 10:49 of the third period, with Simon Kudla and Benjamin Breault picking up the assists. The second goal for Grandmaison was scored at 0:03 of the third period, with Jordan Kyros and Andrew Cox picking up the assists.
