Crowder Scores Hat Trick As Ice Dogs Crush Adrenaline

SYDNEY – A hat trick to Tim Crowder and two goals to Dylan Manierka-Quaile saw the Sydney Ice Dogs smash the Adelaide Adrenaline 8-0 at the Macquarie Ice Rink on Saturday evening.

Crowder’s first goal came at 11:44 of the second period, with Tomas Manco and Grant Toulmin picking up the assists. The second goal for Crowder was scored at 5:16 of the second period, with Grant Toulmin and Dylan Manierka-Quaile picking up the assists. Crowder’s third goal came at 0:44 of the third period, with Dylan Manierka-Quaile and Matthew Monaghan picking up the assists.

Manierka-Quaile’s first goal came at 10:46 of the third period, with Paul Crowder and Grant Toulmin picking up the assists. Manierka-Quaile’s second goal, a power play goal, came at 2:06 of the third period, with Paul Crowder and Matthew Monaghan picking up the assists.

Grant Toulmin scored one goal and five assists for six points.

Matthew Monaghan scored the game winning goal at 1:37 of the 1st, assisted by Dylan Manierka-Quaile and Grant Toulmin. Monaghan also got two assists for three points for the game. Paul Crowder scored one goal and three assists for four points.

Nicholas Novysedlak was the winning goalie for Sydney Ice Dogs, making 17 saves on 17 shots, for a Save Percentage of 1.000 and his first AIHL shut-out. Glen Forbes-White, making his first start of the season, was the losing goalie for Adelaide Adrenaline, making 32 saves on 40 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.800.
