
ADELAIDE – Ryan Annesley scored two goals and three points to Jake Ratcliffe helped the Sydney Bears defeat the Adelaide Adrenaline 4-3 in overtime at the IceArenA on Saturday afternoon.
Annesley scored his first goal at 7:23 of the third period, with Jake Ratcliffe and William Lamoureux picking up the assists. Annesley scored his second goal, a short handed goal, at 1:29 of overtime, with Jake Ratcliffe getting the assist.
Jake Ratcliffe got three assists for three points. Two of Ratcliffe’s assists were from Annesley’s two goals, with the other assist coming from a Brian Funes goal in the second period.
William Lamoureux scored one goal and one assist for two points, while Danick Gauthier got two assists for two points.
Alexandre Gauthier scored one goal and one assist for two points for the Adrenaline, while Josef Rezek got three assists for three points.
Anthony Kimlin was the winning goalie for Sydney Bears, making 33 saves on 36 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.917. Jesse Gordichuk was the losing goalie for Adelaide Adrenaline, making 37 saves on 41 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.902.
