
ADELAIDE – Two goals to Kieren Webster and two goals to Benjamin Breault saw the Perth Thunder beat the Adelaide Adrenaline 4-2 at the IceArenA on Saturday afternoon.
The first goal for Webster was scored at 13:24 of the first period, with Keven Veilleux and Jake Gilmour picking up the assists. Webster’s second goal was scored at 8:35 of the second period, with Jake Gilmour and Keven Veilleux picking up the assists.
Breault scored his first goal at 12:35 of the first period, with James Woodman and picking up the assists. The second goal for Breault came at 3:14 of the third period, with James Woodman and picking up the assists.
Keven Veilleux, Jake Gilmour and James Woodman all got two assists for two points each.
Josef Rezek scored one goal and one assist for two points for the Adrenaline. Benjamin Gavoille also scored a goal.
Nico Viksten was the winning goalie for Perth Thunder, making 40 saves on 42 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.952. Jeremy Friederich was the losing goalie for Adelaide Adrenaline, making 23 saves on 27 shots, for a Save Percentage of 0.852.
